Idemitsu and Showa Shell promoted the step-by-step integration of their health-related systems, taking advantage of their respective strengths in the occupational physician system, medical examination items and standards, stress checks, and health management support systems.
We learned how to walk with proper posture, stride length and speed, as well as how to walk effectively to burn more calories.
Our staff in Idemitsu SM (Malaysia) launched their original "Health Program" in March 2019. This health program is meant to improve employees' health, especially to avoid high blood pressure and high cholesterol level. The program offers a number of events to promote health awareness, including regular physical measurement, professional lifestyle counseling, radio exercises, gym benefits, walking and exercise events, and others. All of our 124 employees actively participate in the program. "Good work starts with a healthy body", they said.
